Drilling liquid agitator is used to provide continuous and reliable agitation of drilling liquid in order to retain uniformity of drilling liquid and keep solid particles suspending. It is of compact structure, light weight, transmission balance, low noise, high efficiency and strong capability, because the reducer adopts turbine worm single reduction gear.

Usage and Applicability
Mud agitator is an important part of the drilling-fluid solids controling system. It can be installed on drilling fluid tank, with the impeller submerged into certain depth under fluid surface to stir the fluid directly. During this process, the drilling fluid can be mixed even, and the solid particles are eliminated. In this way, it can improve solid phase dispersion, and increase the viscosity and gel strength, thus to make drilling fluid keep accordant with the requirement, provide needful fluid for drilling process, and ensure the smooth going of drilling work.

Working Mechanism
Driven by the motor and after slowed down by the deceleration, agitator shaft drives impeller to rotate, then drilling fluid forms cycle flow under certain rotary speed of impeller, and makes the solid particle of drilling fluid suspend. Drilling fluid density and its properties can keep steady under successive stirring.

Characteristic
The agitator will be installed horizontally. Its deceleration setup, simplex turbine are of high efficiency, and there is special setup to ensure bearing seal reliable. Furthermore, the agitator is of good stability and shock attenuation, and its small appearance can save room for tank surface. In brief, it can operate with good effect and high efficiency.

1) New Type Sand Pump 

Sand pump is used to provide drilling liquid with a cetain discharge capacity and pressure to desander, desilter and mud pump. The centrifugal sand pump developed by the company through over more than ten years of site applications and improvements is in the domestic advanced level, either in technical performance or in sealing life, and reaches the same level as the similar products abroad.
The pump has two types of drive, electromotion and belt drive. New products can be designed and provided according to customers'special requirements.

2) The Series Centrifugal Sand Pump has these features
(1)open impeller,apply to transport high viscosity drilling liquid
(2)combination seal for a long service life
(3)use universal bearing houses and bearings,convenient to maintain and cut the costs
(4)the major parts are made from antiwear nodular iron,and longservice life
The prinple is that under the motor, the impellers of the pump rotate at
high speed, the dring fluid is sucked into the suction pipe. After the drilling fluid flows through the suction pipe and gets enough energy and velocity under the centrifugal force, the drilling fluid is expelled continuously out of the pump.

Its main parts are pump shell, impellers, bearing block, pump axle, bearing, shaft coupling,wearing plate, seal apparatus, oil seal, motor and base

3) Usage and Application Range

SB series centrifugal sand pump mainly supplies to solids control circulating system of oilfield drill rig,and be used to provide drilling liquid with a certain discharge capacity and pressure to desander, desilter and mud mixer,to assure these equipments work efficiently.
The SB8×6×14 centrifugal sand pump applies to over 3000-meter-long drilling rigs; The SB8×6×11 centrifugal sand pump applies to under 3000-meter-long drilling rigs,also can be can be used to supply mud to triplex mud pump as a filling pump. The SB6×5×11 centrifugal sand pump applies to truck-mounted drilling rigs or pocket drilling rigs.The SB4×3 centrifugal sand pump is usually used as measuring pump or replenishment pump. The SB4×3 centrifugal sand pump is usually used as clean water pump.

Application
As one very important equipment within the drilling fluid circulating system, shearing pumps perform the dual function of cutting and pumping,  making the drilling fluid ideally suited for every drilling requirements of reducing solids size and/or protection of it’s downstream equipments.
Featuring our unique, high efficiency anti-fouling chopping impeller, they simultaneously shear and pump the most difficult solids, reduce bentonite cost more than 20%, moreover, significantly improve the filtration loss property and mud cake quality to generate a better gelatification effect, more effectively protecting the bore wall and prevent from production zone contamination.

Main features and benefits as follows:
1. Maintain and enhance the excellent hydration effect of bentonite particles. Shearing pumps effectively accelerate the dispersion of bentonite to increase the surface contact area and ion exchange frequency of the particles, thereby to generate a better hydration velocity and drilling fluid rheological property. Particularly for offshore drilling with sea water drilling fluid.
2. Speed up the dilution and hydration of polymer chemicals. Prior to entering into the drilling fluid, polymer are chopped and reduced in size with ideal efficiency to keep polymer particles perfectly contact with water,  finally to accelerate the dissolving, dispersion and hydration process .Using shearing pump to treat the drilling fluid is favorable for increasing drilling operation,improving quality of drilling fluid, reducing the drilling cost and time,and reducing the labor intensity.

Crown Block

The frame of the crown block is made with high strength steel material. Working pulley block are set slantingly to counteract the torsion of sheave and make side board of traveling block face to derrick.
The pulley groove is undertaken middle-frequency quencher so as to extend operating life of sheaves. Working sheave are assembled with double-conic bearing, wherein each bearing has its individual lubricating channel.

Rope bar are provided to prevent the wire rope from crossing or failing out the groove. The Crown block is also equipped with wooden buffer and protection net to prevent bump. It is equipped with derrick crane as well for repairing the crown block.

Sand sheaves and auxiliary sheaves Assy can be provide as the requirement. climbing assistor and falling-proof device can be installed according to various requirements. Besides, sheaves and bearing are interchangeable with its matched crown block.

Pneumatic Clutch

As a kind of friction clutch that uses compressed air as manipulating power source, pneumatic-tyred clutch is widely used in such equipment as oil drilling rig and workover rig, and is also an important part of the drive systems of oil drilling rig and workover rig.    

The characteristics of pneumatic-tyred clutch are as follows: large transmitted torque, steady joint, easy to install, vibration absorption, compensation to an extent for the relative radial offset and relative angular offset of drive and driven shafts, small inertia of the driven parts, long service life, compact structure and good sealing.

Furthermore, due to great resistance to deformation of pneumatic tyres, the service life of such tyres will be shortened when the operating temperature is over 60°C, and they tend to become fragile when the temperature is lower than -20°C.

The joint element of a pneumatic clutch is mainly made up of friction disk and friction block and so on.

High pressure swivel joint

Swivel joints, designed & manufactured as the newest technology, there are various models of swivel joints and repair kits are available, suitable for normal or low temperature, or H2S environment, with size range from 1” to 4” and rated WP range from 2000psi to 20000psi. We can supply long and short radius swivel joints. Long radius swivel joints can minimize fluid shock, and has better performance of resistance for scouring and erosion. We also need to use short radius swivel joints for low pressure operation due to limited installation space.
