Elevator Links


Elevator Links are designed to hang elevators from Top Drive System or Hooks. Each elevator link of one pair is forged from one single billet of high strength alloy steel and heat treated. Additional material is added in critical wear areas for extended life.  The design safety factor and design verification of the elevator links conform to requirements of API Spec 8A or API Spec 8C

Elevator links are available in 150t,200t, 250t, 350t and 500t rating loads

Each elevator links are stamped with API monogram, rated load and size as per API requirements

BD Tubing Elevators


BD close-lock ringtubing elevators, featured with one or two latches, are conventional tools for handling tubing in oil and gas drilling operation, BD tubing elevators are forged from high quality alloy steel, heat-treated, and NDT tested. the rated load are 40t(360kN) to 75t(675kN), and cover pipe sizes from 1.9" to 4½" OD, IU or EU. BD tubing elevators bear API monogram as per API requirements, and marked with size of drill pipe and rated working capacity.

Sucker Rod Elevator


Sucker Rod Elevators are designed to handle sucker rod from ⅝" to1⅛" O.D. in oil extraction or workover operation, sucker rod elevators are forged from high quality alloy steel, heat-treated, and NDT tested. And the rated load are 15t (135kN) and 25t (225kN). Sucker rod elevators bear API monogram as per API requirements, and marked with size and rated working capacity.

Slip type Elevator


Slip type Elevators are for handling tubing and small casing in oil and gas drilling or workover operation to prevent bottlenecking and gauge damage, all the slip elevator except dies are cast from high quality alloy steel, the dies are forged from high quality alloy steel. Slip elevators have four slips to ensure optimum contact on pipes. Insert contact to pipes for YC elevators is 7", contact for HYT is 12"

CD Side Door Casing Elevators



CD casing elevators are conventional side door casing elevators for handling casing in oil and gas drilling operation, CD casing elevators are forged from high quality alloy steel, heat-treated, and NDT tested. the rated loads rang from 150t(1350kN) to 500t(4500kN), and cover pipe sizes from 4½" to 30" OD. link ears conform to API elevator links, CD casing elevators bear API monogram as per API requirements, and marked with size of casing and rated working capacity. CDcasing elevators are popular in China.
