The drilling rig adopts 3 sets of
CAT3512B+SR4B/1900KVA diesel generator sets as the main power.

ZJ50/3150D rig adopt 3 sets of CAT3512B+SR4B/1900KVA diesel generator sets
as the main power. The commutated 600V/50Hz AC by SCR silicon controlled
rectifier drive the DC motors of drawworks , rotary table and mud pumps.
Drawworks is drived with 2 sets of 800kW DC motors, the main brake of which is
two-sided hydraulic disc brake and the auxiliary brake is vortex electromagnetic
brake. The rotary table is drived with 1 set of 800kW DC motor and the 2 sets of
mud pumps are drived with 2 sets of 800kW DC motors separately.
Features:
- Adopts one time raising type, substructure, mast and all equipments are installed at low position, and raise the mast and substructure by the power from the winch.
- Open groove of drawwork is equipped with 3 kinds of safety devices of crown block. the main brake of which is hydraulic disc brake and the auxiliary brake is vortex electromagnetic brake.
