Drill Collar Slips are used to handle drill collar and elevator plug in oil and gas drilling operation, all drill collar slips are made of high quality alloy steel, heat treated and NDT tested, with an API taper of 4 inch/feet on the diameter, self centering full wrap around grip, fitted with circular button inserts, and can accommodate slip recess drill collars or slick drill collars from 4⅛" to 11¼" OD by adding or removing body segments. This is equal to DCS-S or DCS-R or DCS-L drill collar slips. Drill collar slips are furnished with three upright handles with elastomer on grip. All drill collar are flat on tope to accommodate safety clamps, each drill collar slips bears API monogram and can be provided additional inserts as per requirement.
